Disabled Access Surveys / DDA Access Audits
The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), means that service providers should make reasonable adjustments to their premises to allow equal access for both able bodied and disabled people.
DDA Access audits are identified as the best tool for the planned improvement of services and premises.
The act takes into account those individuals with sensory or mental disabilities, in addition to physically disabled people.
